Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support sanitation, cleaning, production, warehouse, and general facility operations in a beverage manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe facility while providing support to production lines and other departments as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, floors, walls, drains, workstations, and facility areas.
- Complete cleaning tasks in production, warehouse, ingredient storage, receiving, utility, laboratory, lunchroom, washroom, and office areas.
- Support production line operations as required.
- Assist with line changeovers, startup preparation, and shutdown activities.
- Remove waste, recyclables, packaging materials, and production debris.
- Transport materials, ingredients, supplies, and equipment within the facility.
- Assist operators and supervisors with production-related tasks.
- Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
- Maintain cleaning records, checklists, and required documentation.
- Report maintenance, sanitation, safety, or quality concerns to supervision.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Assist with inventory organization and housekeeping activities.
- Support warehouse and receiving activities as required.
- Participate in training programs and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
