Navacon Construction is hiring experienced Mainline Heavy Equipment Operators for sewer and water infrastructure projects in Brantford, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, and packers
- Perform mainline and fine grade excavation for municipal sewer and water projects
- Work safely in accordance with all site and legislative requirements
- Collaborate with crew to maintain project schedule and quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of mainline or fine grade heavy equipment experience
- Experience in municipal sewer/water construction an asset
- Valid driver's licence required; DZ an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45.26 - $51.21 per hour
- 10% vacation pay
