We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in customer relations by performing date entry / providing updates to customers regarding their shipments
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with Container information, order processing, container tracking/ scheduling and issue resolution.
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
This position is integral to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting the growth of our business through effective communication and service excellence.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
