Qualifications
.
- * YOU MUST HAVE* 10 years of Oil/Gas Battery production operating experience.
- Clean class 5 license and clean driver abstract.
- Ability to organize and maintain daily operations in a safe and professional manner.
- Work shift 8 on and 6 off, willing to work days off if required.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with others.
- Be subject to pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test and possible medical assessment.
Responsibilities
- Daily operations of field Oil & Gas production/Battery facilities/pumpjacks & gas wells.
- Involvement with safety initiatives and safe work practices
- Complete training as per requirements through STH Resources Ltd WorkHub Program.
- Issuing work permits and supervising activities.
- Ensuring safe and cost effective operation.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting efforts.
- Optimization and comprehension of field operations.
