We are looking for a Service Support Coordinator, reporting to the Oakville location, from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. During the probation period of 3 months, this will be an on-site role, and will gradually transition to hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain an organizational project focused on department data
- Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns by gathering relevant information, tracking action items, and supporting follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the resolution of service-related matters and support seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct customer outreach, as required, to follow up on service satisfaction, document feedback, and provide updates.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, scheduling support, and additional projects as assigned.
- Support departmental initiatives aimed at improving processes and overall service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or certification in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
- 1–3 years of strong experience in an administrative role
- Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, work orders, or billing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
