We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our 519 Fifth Street location in Nanaimo BC.

Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Tim Hortons standards.

Train and supervise staff members in food preparation, service, and hygiene practices.

Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Maintain a clean and organized environment to meet health and safety standards.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
