My Fireplace is a family-owned and operated company with 30+ years of experience in the residential HVAC and home-comfort industry.
We are growing our team and looking for experienced Residential HVAC Install Technicians to join us in a full-time, year-round, permanent position.

Your Responsibilities
As a Residential Install Technician, you will:
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Explain the proper operation, care, and maintenance of newly installed equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service in the customer's home
- Collect customer payments on site when required
- Complete work orders, paperwork, and required documentation accurately
- Submit required paperwork daily according to company policy
- Represent My Fireplace in a professional, courteous, and customer-service-focused manner
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience installing residential furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment
- Valid G2 Gas Technician and/or 313D licence
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence
- Acceptable driver’s abstract
- Working at Heights training
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
