We are seeking a skilled and energetic Servers to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for hospitality and mixology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and take food and beverage orders with accuracy
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and responsibly refuse service when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked
- Process cash and electronic transactions accurately, including handling payments and making change
- Provide attentive and professional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Promote menu items, upsell beverages, and highlight daily features to enhance the guest experience
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server, Bartender, or in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and bar operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices is an asset
