- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, health studies, or a related field.
- 1 to 2+ years of relevant administrative or clinical support experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
- Knowledge of privacy legislation and handling of confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Experience in mental health, addictions, inpatient, geriatric, or virtual care settings.
- Experience with systems such as iCARE, REDCap,
- Digital Health support experience.
- Data analysis, and reporting
- Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in another language is an asset
Salary Range : $29.67-36.57 per hour
