Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Assist Commercial Producers with their portfolios in numerous areas such as marketing, processing, customer contact for additional information, accounts receivable, claims reporting to name a few
- Collaborate daily with producers and team members through Microsoft Teams to support the coordination of commercial lines accounts and ensure timely, accurate communication
- Keep detailed notes on our computer system at all times (Paperless Environment)
- Keep abeyances updated and current

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Minimum Level 2 General Insurance Salesperson License
- Minimum 5 years of insurance office experience in commercial lines
- Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers and team members
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Company Portal knowledge is an asset
- Computer skills including working knowledge with Word & Excel
