Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Executive Assistant to join our team on a 12-month contract. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative and financial operations of our office. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a multi line phone system in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Routing orders for service.
- Dispatching of multiple trucks.
- Process and maintain Accounts Receivable.
- Process Accounts Payable.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general office administration.
- Provide administrative support and perform other office duties as required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Simcoe County and surrounding area.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience using QuickBooks Online, including payroll functions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented.
