Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Online Content Administrator to manage and optimize digital content across various platforms. This role involves ensuring content accuracy, enhancing user experience, and leveraging analytics to inform improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, familiarity with UX/UI principles, and experience with a variety of design and analytics tools. Duties
- Manage and update website content ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Utilize scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python to automate content updates and improve site functionality.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, including A/B testing, to evaluate content effectiveness and user engagement.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, and Visio.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance information architecture and overall user experience.
- Perform data analysis using SQL or other analytical tools to support content strategy decisions.
- Maintain documentation within SharePoint or similar platforms for project tracking and team collaboration.
- Support the implementation of usability best practices by conducting user research and analyzing user feedback.
- Assist in the development of website features through scripting and coding efforts that improve accessibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with web development languages such as JavaScript, Python, or scripting for automation purposes.
- Strong data analysis skills with familiarity in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, or similar tools.
- Experience with UX/UI design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Visio.
- Knowledge of information architecture principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to conduct user research and perform A/B testing effectively.
- Familiarity with analysis techniques for evaluating website performance and user engagement metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams including designers, developers, and marketing professionals.
This role is integral to delivering compelling digital experiences through strategic content management supported by robust analytics and design expertise.
Pay: Up to $61,500.00 per year
