GreenPump Care is expanding and we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and excellent customer service.
As an HVAC Cleaner, you'll work directly with homeowners, providing professional residential HVAC, HRV, and ERV cleaning services that improve indoor air quality and home comfort. Every day is different, and you'll receive paid training, supportive mentorship, and opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand.

What You'll Do
- Perform residential HVAC, HRV, and ERV cleaning services
- Set up, operate, and maintain specialized cleaning equipment and vacuums
- Work safely on ladders and in confined spaces
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working inside customers' homes
- Use smartphone apps/tools for job tracking, scheduling, and customer payments
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and preparing company vehicles each day

Requirements (Must-Have)
- Valid Nova Scotia Class 5 Driver's Liscence with a clean driving abstract
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid open work permit)
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 25 kg
- Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job management and customer payments
Assets (Nice-to-Have)
Applicants who meet the following qualifications will be given priority:
- HVAC, residential cleaning, building maintenance, or other hands-on trade experience
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or in-home service
- WHMIS Certification (training available if required)
- Reliable personal transportation available if needed
