We are a highly regarded and growing intellectual property law boutique. We are currently seeking an experienced trademark agent to join our team. The role will include:
- Search/clearance
- Client intake support
- Preparing applications
- Responding to office actions
- Section 45 / opposition support
- Support with U.S. and WIPO trademark applications
- Preparing trademark assignment agreements
- Renewals and reclassification
- Maintaining trademark docketing system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Experience:
- trademark administration: 3 years (required)
- working in a law firm or trademark agency: 3 years (required)
