JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently hiring a Carpenter for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity. This role offers consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to gain experience in modular construction and general carpentry work in a structured, team-based environment.
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Paid breaks
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Frame walls, floors, and roofs
- Install siding, roofing, insulation, and drywall
- Install doors, windows, and trim
- Assist with deck building and renovations
- Work on modular home assembly and finishing
- Perform site prep, material handling, and clean-up
- Support fixture installation and general construction tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous carpentry or construction experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights when required
- Steel-toe boots required
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
ASSETS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Fall Protection certification
- WHMIS or OHS training
- Experience reading blueprints
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily indoor shop work
- Some outdoor job site tasks
- Team-based setting
- Structured, process-driven modular construction
