Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance results.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and provide excellent customer service throughout the client experience.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to ensure high-quality care.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and professional standards for massage therapy.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and wellness advice clearly.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Pay: $80.00-$110.00 per hour
