Seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for our office in Stony Plain.
We are a caring, friendly office with a patient centered team.
The successful candidate will possess
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service qualities
- Dental office experience with Dentrix and RecallMax an asset
- Self motivated, organized and a team player
- Proficiency in overseeing the schedule, booking and confirming appointments
- Calling insurance companies and submitting predeterminations
- Checking emails, answering and making phone calls including recalls
