We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-driven individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures
Provide information about the hotel, local area, and available amenities
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone, and by email
Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive stay experience
Accurately manage reservations and guest information in the property management system
Promote and enroll guests in the Best Western Rewards loyalty program
Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency; experience with Jonas Chorum preferred
Ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
