Duties
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to oversee activity across the premises, identifying any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Control access to the facility by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry while inspecting physical security measures such as fences and gates.
- Respond swiftly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and reporting potential theft or inventory shrinkage.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently to uphold a secure environment for all stakeholders.
Skills
- Strong background in law enforcement or security operations with an understanding of legal protocols related to security enforcement.
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques using CCTV systems for continuous monitoring.
