THE VAPORY - Sales & Customer Service
We are currently seeking an experienced vaper for a career opportunity starting as Sales & Customer Service at our Surrey HQ Location.
Our ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a strong desire and passion to provide the best customer service possible.
Part-time positions available paid training and once we can confirm you are the right fit for The Vapory Team, incentives will follow.
Qualifications -
- 19+ years old
- Detail-oriented and organizational
- Consistently punctual
- Be energetic and self-motivated with a genuine passion for the vaping industry
- Open, mature, friendly, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
- Ability to analyze situations and provide logical solutions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass criminal record check
- Be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic vaping knowledge is a must
- Experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus
Main Responsibilities -
- Greet and respond to all customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
- Consistently improving sales, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Engage, understand and respond to customers based on customer’s needs
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate cash register accurately
- Maintain awareness of all our promotions and advertisements
- Inventory count and restock
- Comfortable with opening and closing
Pay: $18.25 per hour

Experience:
