The successful candidate will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of health care providers at our Paisley site, with coverage at other BAFHT locations as required.
Position Summary:
- Provide reception coverage, including answering phones, scheduling and checking in patients, tracking referrals, and making appointment reminder and follow-up calls.
- Provide professional administrative and interdisciplinary team support, including EMR support and tracking and ordering office and medical supplies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in office administration, medical administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a medical office or clinic setting with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with computers and information technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record software. Experience with PS Suite EMR is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
