We’re a growing hiring agency looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech professionals for various clients across industries.
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding client requirements to onboarding successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and position requirements.

Source and attract top IT talent through various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, etc.).

Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical fit assessments.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain clear communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Track and report recruitment metrics, maintaining an organized database of active pipelines.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical recruiting or IT hiring role.

Strong understanding of IT terminologies, tools, and technologies (e.g., software development, networking, DevOps, cloud, QA, etc.).

Familiarity with various technical positions and software roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with recruitment tools and job platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

Ability to work independently, managing multiple clients and roles effectively.
