Job Description:
Booking loads on a daily basis.
Consistently answering the phone and dealing with carrier and customer requirements.
Provide information, departure times, delay information and other concerns as required.
You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Many other duties as advised or required.
Professional Manner and speaking tone with both carriers and customers when on the phone.
Qualifications:
Punctual with start times.
Familiar with Loadlink/D.A.T an asset.
Must be computer literate and mathematically inclined.
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple task at any given time.
Able to work under pressure and spend a majority of your shift on the phone dealing with carriers and customers.
Have experience with Sepcialized transport and complicated bookings.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday TBD
