We are seeking a dedicated and clinically minded Pharmacist to join our community healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who values strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with all legal and professional standards
- Provide patient counselling on medication use, side effects, and adherence
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize drug therapy
- Practice to full expanded scope of Part A pharmacist, including renewing/adapting prescriptions where appropriate and prescribing for minor ailments
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, and accuracy
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records and documentation
- Monitor patient response and support therapy adjustments where appropriate
- Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive care
- Stay current with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required)
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with pediatric and/or geriatric populations is an asset
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards
