At Flaman, we keep farmers moving, trailers hauling, and equipment rolling, and we’re looking for a full-time Truck Driver to join our team. This isn’t just about driving from point A to point B. You’ll be a vital part of our yard operations and the face of Flaman on the road, delivering the equipment and solutions that keep our customers’ operations running smoothly.
On the Road: Safely operate a variety of trucks and trailers: pickups, goosenecks, semis, and flatbeds.
In the Yard: When you aren't hauling, you’re jumping into the yard to operate forklifts, skid steers, and other machinery to load, unload, and organize inventory.
Mechanically Inclined: Use your hands-on skills to help with equipment walk-throughs, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring every load is mechanically sound before it leaves the lot.
Load & Secure: Take pride in loading and securing equipment like it’s your own.
Customer Connection: Deliver products and a friendly, professional experience to every customer you meet on-site.
Route Mastery: Plan efficient routes while navigating traffic, weather, and the occasional prairie detour.
Licensing: A valid Class 1A license (or G endorsement with heavy trailer experience).
Versatility: You aren't "just a driver", you are mechanically inclined and enjoy the variety of working in the yard and operating equipment.
Experience: Proven ability with multiple truck and trailer types and a clean driving record.
Physicality: A strong work ethic and the ability to handle physical loads and work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
Commitment: A deep-rooted focus on safety, whether you’re on the highway or moving equipment in the yard.
