What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a field crew performing telecommunications pedestal installations.
- Reviewing plans and ensuring work is completed according to specifications.
- Coordinating daily activities and maintaining productivity on site.
- Performing quality checks and resolving field issues.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Supporting, training, and mentoring crew members.
- Completing project documentation and communicating progress to management.
- Upholding Mike’s Communications standards on every project

Language Skills: French language skills (spoken, written, and reading comprehension) are considered an asset but are not required for this position.
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada for the duration of the employment period. Candidates requiring a work permit must possess and maintain valid authorization to work in Canada throughout their employment.
Pay: From $25.50 per hour
