Tatamagouche Brewing Co. is looking for a casual Taproom Associate to join our year-round team. The atmosphere is casual, but our standards are not. We care about great hospitality, strong teamwork, and making sure every guest feels looked after.
About the Role
This is a casual, year-round position, with hours based on the needs of the taproom. Shifts will vary throughout the year, with more hours typically available in July, August, and September, and lighter scheduling during the slower winter months when business levels allow.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help keep the taproom running smoothly and feeling like Tata.
That may include welcoming guests, pouring beer, running the POS, helping customers choose beer and merch, packing online orders, restocking fridges and retail areas, keeping the space clean and guest-ready, and supporting live music, tours, private bookings, and events.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is warm, reliable, observant, and calm when things get busy. The right person is comfortable chatting with all kinds of people, able to work independently, respectful of coworkers, flexible with scheduling, and open to learning, taking feedback, and growing.
Hospitality or retail experience is an asset, but it is not required. The right attitude matters most.
