Our U.S.-focused website attracts 4,000–5,000 daily visitors and generates a steady volume of customer inquiries and orders. We are a stable, established company with a strong digital presence — and we’re continuing to grow.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — guiding them to the right product, assisting with orders, and ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the buying process.
This position combines customer care with consultative selling. Your ability to build trust, pay attention to detail, and follow through will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales and customer service calls with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
- Confirm online orders with customers to ensure precise vehicle fitment and minimize errors
- Guide customers through our website and ordering process to create a seamless buying experience
- Proactively follow up with inbound leads to support customers in completing their purchases
- Respond promptly to order status inquiries and post-purchase questions
- Manage order workflows using our custom internal platform and Zendesk
- Safeguard confidential customer and payment information with discretion and integrity
- Contribute to individual and team sales goals while maintaining exceptional service standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to listen and recommend solutions
- High attention to detail, especially when confirming vehicle fitment and order accuracy
- Comfortable learning new systems and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- A positive, professional attitude and strong sense of accountability
