We're looking for a people-first Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to be the voice of our brand and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer calls — answering questions, booking jobs, and making sure every interaction leaves a great impression
- Respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments using our job management software
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with business development activities — lead follow-up, outreach support, and helping identify opportunities to grow the business
What We're Looking For
- Confident and friendly on the phone — you enjoy talking to people and it shows
- Strong written communication; you represent the brand well in every message
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software
- Organized and detail-oriented — you follow through and don't let things slip
- Self-directed; you take ownership without needing to be micromanaged
- An interest in contributing beyond the basics and growing with the business
- Retail experience or food services is a nice bonus! The right person does not have to have tons of experience with admin roles!!
