Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed RMT to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-centered, professional, and passionate about supporting health and wellness through relaxation and, or therapeutic treatment.
This role includes delivering a range of massage therapies in a spa setting while maintaining high standards of care, cleanliness, and professionalism. We have a high demand for massage treatments and can't keep up with the demand so need another RMT or 2 to fill the needs of the community. We work cohesively as a supportive team respecting each other.
Terms of agreement are negotiable. All supplies available, reception, payment terminals, marketing, customer care and service all included. Split percentage or room rental options available.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment recommendations and aftercare
- Follow all standards set by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to professionalism, hygiene, and ethical practice
