Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented residential house cleaner to join our team! We have residential, commercial and short-term rental clients .The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, office spaces and cottages ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires strong time management and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must be willing to travel within 30-40 minutes of Renfrew to clients homes located in Pembroke and Renfrew and surrounding areas. Hours and jobs will depend on where you're located and experience level. Work Hours are between 8am and 4:30 pm as well we have some evening shifts available for our commercial clients. We encourage candidates looking for part-time , casual hours to apply!
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, scrubbing bathrooms and toilets,
- Manage laundry tasks
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with management and co-workers to understand their cleaning needs and efficient timelines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while delivering high-quality service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep cleaning supplies and equipment in order.
- Customer service experience with a focus on hospitality is highly valued.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and understand their needs.
- Experience in cleaning Airbnb's is a huge asset.
