We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Operations Administrator to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, coordinating daily activities, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently.
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of internal and customer projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineering, production, logistics, and sales teams to help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and properly documented.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, tracking, and maintenance of project timelines and schedules.
- Support communication and coordination between departments, including production, engineering, logistics, and sales.
- Help with planning activities, scheduling tasks, and tracking project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and assist with preparing status updates and reports.
- Support identification of potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
- Assist project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage international shipping processes, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external logistics providers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to assist project managers and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ability to follow established processes, track tasks, and support project managers with scheduling and documentation.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a project support or coordination role is an asset but not required.
