Summary
We are seeking an Advisor to join either our Parts or Service teams. You will be cross trained in both departments, and will be placed in the department you excel at. Either of these roles are pivotal to help us uphold our reputation for excellence and foster long-term customer relationships.
Service Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide expert advice on parts and services required.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely repairs.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
Parts Responsibilities
- Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Manage customer parts order
- Return unused or incorrect parts
- Receive rims and tires
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- G Driver's License

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
