Aspire Financial is seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Financial Advisor to join our Winnipeg team. This role is ideal for an emerging professional who is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Financial Advisor to support and lead meetings with existing and prospective clients
- Build and expand client relationships through proactive prospecting and business development initiatives
- Develop and present tailored financial planning recommendations, including insurance and investment solutions
- Deliver exceptional client service through meeting preparation, data gathering, implementation, and ongoing account support
- Clearly communicate financial strategies and products, including executing trade instructions
- Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives to enhance brand presence and client engagement
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- Completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC)
- Completion of Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and portfolio management software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and grow client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and a professional, client-first approach
- Integrity, confidence, and a solid understanding of fiduciary responsibility

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
