Overview
We're hiring! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team (with potential to grow into future Office Manager). The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting various administrative functions. At Moira Glass-Mirror, you’ll start by supporting day-to-day operations and gradually take on a larger role in managing the office. This isn't just a position - it's an opportunity to grow into a key role in our company.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8-5
Pay
$22-$27 per hour starting wage (depending on experience)
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including pricing orders and ordering
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as receivables and payables
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, via phone and email
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling for multiple staff members
Experience
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Interest in a long-term position with room for growth
- Experience within the industry is a bonus
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
