Summary
Role as a Server/Bartender at Upside Cider is vital to creating memorable customer experiences. You will be responsible for serving drinks, ensuring safety standards, and contributing to our welcoming atmosphere during the busy summer season, with potential extension into winter.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Restock supplies as needed to keep the bar well-equipped.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or bar settings, especially with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol regulations.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Hospitality experience is highly valued.
