Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts,fades, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail hair care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining client records
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service from greeting clients to final styling
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative services
Experience
- Prior experience as a barber or stylist is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus but not mandatory
Pay: $1,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
