Partial Denture Technician
Style 153 Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Partial Denture Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on dental laboratory experience and be confident completing partial denture cases independently from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Wax up and design metal frameworks
- Cast, finish, and polish metal frameworks
- Survey and prepare models for partial denture fabrication
- Set up denture teeth and wax up gingival contours
- Perform investing, processing, curing, finishing, and polishing
- Fabricate cast partial dentures and flexible dentures
- Fabricate acrylic partial dentures and flippers
- Perform wire bending and fabricate wire clasps
- Review each case carefully to ensure proper fit, function, and esthetics
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, craftsmanship, and turnaround time
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of dental laboratory experience as a denture technician
- Strong hands-on experience with cast partial and acrylic denture fabrication
- Ability to complete partial denture cases independently
- Knowledge of metal framework design, waxing, casting, finishing, and polishing
- Experience with flexible dentures, flippers, surveying, and wire bending
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, responsible, and able to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
