We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Administrator to join our office team in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and dependable individual who enjoys variety in their work and values being part of a supportive team.
At Dunrite, we work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. Our business remains active year-round, providing a dynamic and varied workload throughout the seasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer accounts and records
- Set up customer payment terms and options (Net 30, DOR, Credit Card)
- Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable spreadsheets
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
- Conduct credit checks for Net 30 account approvals
- Apply customer payments and process deposits
- Post sales invoices and maintain accurate records
- Assist with Accounts Payable functions
- Complete daily reconciliation reports
- Release sales orders for processing
- Provide payroll support
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering
- Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
- Provide phone coverage for the Order Desk as required
- Assist with planning and coordinating team events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile
- Flexible and team-oriented with the ability to support various business functions
