Higher Ground is seeking a Membership and Personal Training Sales and Service Coordinator to help grow its membership list, and build our community.
Higher Ground was formed in 2022 as Canada's best, Health Club. The facility is a massive 40,000 sqft oasis of health and fitness located at the corner of Yonge and College. Guests and members can come to our sports medicine clinic, our gym space, or enjoy one of our three studios for various classes. Our facility also includes palatial change rooms with saunas and steam rooms, as well as lounge space and a cafe. We're building something great here. Come and see for yourself!
The Job:
With this role, Higher Ground is hoping to add someone who can grow our community and membership with enthusiasm, service, and sales. We currently have more leads than we can manage and we have great opportunities with group and outbound sales too.
3-5 days a week. One weekend shift. Up to 4 Weekday shifts. You must be OK with evenings.
REQUIREMENTS (the must have's)
- Great command of the English language, charisma, and an outgoing personality.
- Must be able to easily get downtown without the use of a car within 45mins.
- Must have Fitness industry experience either as a user or as an employee.
Preference Goes to (the good to have's)
- Someone with some Sales Experience.
- Someone with a Post Secondary education.
- Someone comfortable with MS Word and Social Media
Compensation:
- $19-22/hour
- 7% commission on all new business sales (membership or Personal Training)
- bonuses for lead generation
