We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from across Canada. You will be the voice of our brand, solving problems, providing expert guidance, and ensuring our community of outdoor enthusiasts receives a professional and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues, tracking discrepancies, returns, and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Shipping departments to streamline order fulfillment and resolve customer requests.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, updates, and order adjustments within our internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Location: Must be residing in or able to reliably commute to Calgary, AB.
- Legal Status: Must have valid legal working status in Canada.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Must possess outstanding grammar, professional phone etiquette, and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve customer complaints gracefully.
- Adaptability: Ability to remain flexible, multitask, prioritize work self-directed, and learn in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Capable of quickly learning new software, ERP systems, and online CRM tools.
- Education: A college diploma or higher is highly preferred.
- Assets: Being a French speaker (Bilingual) or holding a valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) is a significant bonus but not mandatory.
