Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry, preferably in a upscale casual restaurant operation.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and safety protocols
- Proven experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, P&L, forecasting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
