Custodian
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Custodian Staff member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, floors, washrooms, crew room and other public areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors regularly.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
- Clean and restock washrooms and ensure they remain sanitary.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Keep entrances, windows, and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
- Assist with basic cleaning as required
- Follow McDonald’s health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Work cooperatively with restaurant staff to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Qualifications
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience is an asset but not required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is an asset.
