Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team for mornings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, preparing and serving beverages during busy hours. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Deliver orders efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, lounge areas, and service stations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours or events.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standard recipes.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, restock supplies, and sanitize surfaces.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Experience in food handling within the food industry is advantageous
