Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting and assisting every customer.
- Help customers with new activations, plan changes, upgrades, and account support.
- Recommend wireless devices, accessories, and service plans based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly and confidently.
- Process sales transactions accurately while following company procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store performance goals.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Wireless or telecommunications experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and promotions.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
