Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong track record of improving processes and coordinating travel and events. This role requires strong skills in calendar management, communication, and data tracking, and will support WestMET’s Senior Leadership Team by helping maximize efficiency and productivity.
Supervisor Responsibilities
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities over other employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with the preparation of standard correspondence.
· Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
· Set up and complete administration associated with board, leadership and external meetings
· Support with the development of agendas and take meeting notes, as required.
· Research data to prepare documents for review and presentation and updates the Board and leadership portals, as needed.
· Assist with managing the processing of expenses.
· Coordinate and arrange travel bookings as required
· Provide general administrative support and supports general organizational administrative function as required.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar Administrative Role
- Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience using and managing SharePoint
- Experience maintaining Stakeholder relations
