About the Role
Cossette Roofing / Toitures Cossette is growing and looking for an experienced Sales Representative to manage inbound residential roofing leads.
This is a consultative sales role focused on meeting homeowners, preparing estimates, and closing deals.
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads (calls, emails, scheduled appointments)
- Meet homeowners to assess roofing needs
- Prepare and present professional estimates
- Follow up to close sales
- Maintain CRM updates and notes
- Coordinate with operations for smooth project handoff
- Deliver excellent customer service from first contact to contract signing
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous sales experience required (roofing or construction preferred)
- Proven closing ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using CRM and basic technology

Combination of in-field appointments and office/remote follow-up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
