Duties
- Safely operate your own commercial truck to transport freight across designated routes within ONTARIO, QUEBEC or USA
- Verify shipment documentation, ensure accurate delivery, and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery completion
- Maintain detailed logs of all trips, inspections, and maintenance activities in compliance with transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including forklift operation standards and heavy equipment procedures, to prevent accidents or damage
Qualifications
- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven experience in commercial driving within ONTARIO, QUEBEC or USA
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and cargo securing techniques
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial drivers
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, dispatchers, and team members
