Position Overview
This job is located in Beaumont Alberta and is paying $20.00 per hour.
We are looking for a reliable General Labourer to support our exterior construction crews on active job sites. This role works directly under the Site Supervisor and Lead Hand, assisting with daily tasks to keep the project running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Take direction from the Site Supervisor and Lead Hand
- Assist crew members with day‑to‑day site tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized job site, including debris removal and material staging
- Perform light framing tasks as required
- Support safe workflow and follow all site safety protocols
Physical Requirements
- Capable of performing general labour tasks
- No lifting over 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labour experience an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- CSTS 2020 Required
