Job Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld aluminum products, including stairs, handrails, guardrails, and railings.
- Measure, fit, tack, and weld materials according to specifications.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drill presses, grinders, and welding equipment.
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum products.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements.
- Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and shop organization as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fabrication and welding experience.
- Experience with MIG welding.
- Experience with aluminum welding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No welding tickets or certifications required.
- Valid driver's license
